5th Street Community Garden

The Fifth Street Community Garden is located at 328 E. 5th ST. directly across from Port Angeles City Hall. Clallam County Master Gardeners maintain a blueberry demonstration plot and four vegetable demonstration plots that showcase vegetable varieties that work well in our North Olympic Peninsula climate. Community members can find innovative ways to extend the growing season and grow more warm season vegetables in our cool climate, and low impact ways to improve soil and plant nutrition. Come talk to a Master Gardener about the vegetable plots; work parties are scheduled on Tuesdays from 10 am – 12 pm throughout the summer months.  Bring your vegetable garden questions and get one-on-one gardening advice.
