Foundation Committees:
Jon…I updated what I could from the existing site. I left a place in each committee to list who is on it. Grants didn’t really have anything except the fact that you pulled in some grants… so that one needs to be written and members added. Document Archives is a place where you can just put a “action arrow” link to another (either page or Google Docs) and store files there; Woodcock GOC… I didn’t try to do anything other than capture its purpose. It may also need a link to another area for storing docs, be it a web page or a google doc. Finally, I didn’t see anything regarding Treasurer files. Don’t know if you intend to keep them here or not.

Members:
Plant Sale
Purpose: Oversees and organizes two plant sales each year, one in May and one in September. Members divide and pot plants from their gardens or those of family and friends and nurture them until the call goes out to bring them to the sale. We are always seeking creative ways to attract the public and new ideas to enhance our plant sales with demonstrations, raffles or silent auctions.
Members:
Garden Tour
Purpose: Organizes and oversees a tour of private gardens once a year in June. This is a great opportunity to interact with other gardeners in the community. Two or more Foundation members are stationed at each garden to act as host/hostess and to answer questions, coordinate traffic and direct parking. The tour, Petals and Pathways, is a major fundraiser and is eagerly anticipated by Foundation members and the community. Members working on this fundraiser are allowed to participate in the “pre-tour” the week before the public event to allow them to view the gardens.

Jon… I wasn’t sure of all that you wanted to connect to… so I just made this one column with 6 cards. We should talk through what all can /. should go here. I didn’t try to find the links, so this still has Pierce County links in it.
